After 24 hours: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment. Custom dolls will begin production immediately. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order, as orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours or after production begins.

2. Returns and Exchanges Policy

We will send you photos of the doll for confirmation before shipping. Upon receiving the doll, please check its appearance, functionality, and packaging integrity. If you find any problems or are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and send detailed photos or videos via email to info@butterflydoll.com.

• Damaged Dolls

If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will provide repair kits, replacement products, or refunds depending on the extent of the damage.

• Lost Package

If your package is lost, please notify us immediately. To ensure safe delivery, we require most packages to be signed for by an adult.

Special Notes

Hygiene and Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, adult products are generally non-returnable. When returning, the doll must be in brand-new, unused, and unopened condition.

Custom Products: Custom and personalized products are non-refundable except for quality issues.

Human-caused Damage: We cannot provide replacement services for damage caused by improper use or operation. Sex dolls are not indestructible; therefore, proper cleaning and care are essential to ensure your doll remains in optimal condition for a long time.

3. Refund

If your order is cancelled or returned, and the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method.
